April 26, 2025: St. Louis, MO 63123 Cor Jesu Academy Chargers (St. Louis, MO) followers went home happy Saturday as they saw their soccer squad knock off the visiting Liberty Eagles (Lake St. Louis, MO), 4-2 in a non-league battle.
The Chargers (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Eureka (Eureka, MO). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Eureka by Nerinx Hall (Webster Groves, MO), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs (St. Peters, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Liberty will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Liberty (Lake St. Louis, MO).
