Illinois High School Soccer - Jefferson Princeton
April 26, 2025: Rockford, IL 61109 Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Princeton advances its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Tigers host DePue (DePue, IL) to clash with the Little Giants in a non-league test on Monday, April 28. The Little Giants come into the test with a record of 0-7. DePue lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lutheran (Rockford, IL)
The J-Hawks now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belvidere North for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 test on Thursday, May 1. Jefferson will clash with a Blue Thunder team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Blue Thunder record now stands at 11-1.
