The Lake Forest Scouts baseball team scored 15 runs and held the host Lake Forest Academy Caxys to 3 in the Scouts non-league win on Saturday.

The Scouts now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league test on Monday, April 28. Lake Forest will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Taft (Chicago, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Lake Forest Academy drops to 1-3 on the year. The Caxys host Latin (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Romans in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Romans go into the test with a record of 4-2.
