New York High School Lacrosse - Aquinas Institute overwhelms Avon
April 26, 2025: Rochester, NY 14613 In Saturday's league contest, the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish lacrosse squad scored a good 14-4 win over the Avon Braves.
The Little Irish (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Red Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, St. Francis beat McDowell (Erie, PA), 17-3, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Braves meet the Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars (Honeoye Falls, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 3. Avon will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
