Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) followers exited the stadium satisfied Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH), 6-4 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Boardman advances its record to 9-4 on the season. The Spartans host Poland Seminary (Poland, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 0-6.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Strongsville will play a Polar Bears team coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Hilliard Davidson (Hilliard, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 3-8.
