Kentucky High School Softball - Liberty Creek bounces Franklin-Simpson
April 26, 2025: Franklin, KY 42134 The Liberty Creek Wolves softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Franklin-Simpson Wildcats to 2 in the Wolves non-league win on Saturday.
The Wolves now possess a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trousdale County for a battle on Monday, April 28. Liberty Creek will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-2 league win over Westmoreland (Westmoreland, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Franklin-Simpson moves to 10-14 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY) to confront the Colonels in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Colonels come into the battle with a record of 12-11. Christian County lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Crittenden County (Marion, KY)
