The Western Panthers softball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Living Water Homeschool Marlins to 1 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.

The Panthers now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logansport for a battle on Tuesday, April 29. Western will confront a Berries team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Harrison (West Lafayette, IN). The Berries record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Living Water Homeschool moves to 9-5 on the season. The Marlins travel to Martinsville (Martinsville, IN) to confront the Artesians in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 26. The Artesians come into the battle with a record of 6-7. Martinsville lost 13-0 in their recent league battle against Plainfield (Plainfield, IN)
