Muncy Indians (Muncy, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA), 11-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Muncy upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Indians host Sugar Valley Rural (Loganton, PA) to battle the Phoenix in a Mid-Penn D4 test on Thursday, April 29. The Phoenix come into the test with a record of 0-8. Sugar Valley Rural lost 11-5 in their recent league test against Benton (Benton, PA)

With the defeat, Northwest Area falls to 3-4 on the season. The Rangers host Sullivan County (Laporte, PA) to battle the Griffins in a Mid-Penn D4 test on Thursday, April 29. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 4-5. Sullivan County lost 20-8 in their recent league test against Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA)
