Virginia High School Soccer - New Kent held off by Mechanicsville
April 27, 2022: New Kent, VA 23124 In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Mechanicsville Mustangs Head Logo soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the New Kent Trojans.
The Mustangs Head Logo (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA). The Patriots come into the Capital battle with a 1-2 record.
The Trojans (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Rams come into the Bay Rivers battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Lafayette nudged Tabb (Yorktown, VA), 4-0, in a league battle.
