Riverview Sharks (Riverview, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Sharks now own a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they host Middleton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28. Riverview will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 16-5 non-league loss to Leto (Tampa, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-13.

With the loss, Wharton falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Sickles (Tampa, FL) to battle the Gryphons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 28.
