Tennessee High School Soccer - Dyersburg overwhelmed by University School of Jackson
April 27, 2023: Jackson, TN 38305 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the University School of Jackson Bruins (Jackson, TN) and the visiting Dyersburg Trojans (Dyersburg, TN), saw University School of Jackson's soccer squad triumph over Dyersburg by a count of 8-3.
The Bruins now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Madison for a non-league test on Monday, May 1. University School of Jackson will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Sacred Heart of Jesus (Jackson, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-0.
With the loss, Dyersburg drops to 8-2 on the season. The Trojans travel to South Gibson (Medina, TN) to meet the Hornets in a 2A District 14 test on Monday, May 1. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 10-2. South Gibson won 2-1 in their recent league test against Crockett County (Alamo, TN)
