In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN) baseball squad edged the host Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN), by a final score of 6-5.

With the win, Cowan upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Winchester Community (Winchester, IN) to battle the Golden Falcons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Golden Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Winchester Community lost 6-2 in their recent league challenge against Centerville (Centerville, IN)
