Illinois High School Baseball - Forreston loses to Kaneland
April 27, 2024: Maple Park, IL 60151 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Kaneland Knights baseball team scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Forreston Cardinals.
The Knights (13-6) will now prepare for their game against Ottawa (Ottawa, IL). The Pirates go into the Interstate Eight game with a 9-14 record. In their last game, Ottawa was overwhelmed by Princeton (Princeton, IL), 12-9, in a non-league game.
The Cardinals (13-7) will now prepare for their game against Sterling (Sterling, IL). The Golden Warriors go into the non-league game with a 5-12 record. In their last game, Sterling was overwhelmed by Moline (Moline, IL), 11-1, in a league game.
