April 27, 2024: Dagsboro, DE 19939 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Salesianum Sallies (Wilmington, DE) and the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), saw Salesianum's baseball squad edge Indian River by a margin of 3-2.
Coming up next, the Sallies play the St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 1. Salesianum will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 10-3 record after their 8-3 league win over Caravel (Bear, DE).
The Indians now sport a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Delmar for a Henlopen South battle on Tuesday, April 30. Indian River will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Mardela (Mardela Springs, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-5.
