April 27, 2024: Bloomfield, NY 14469 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY) and the visiting Gowanda Panthers (Gowanda, NY), saw Bloomfield's lacrosse team nudge Gowanda by a margin of 1-0.
The Bombers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY). The Red Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Palmyra-Macedon edged McDowell (Erie, PA), 16-1, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Akron (Akron, NY). The Tigers enter the Class D challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, Akron edged Medina (Medina, NY), 19-4, in a league challenge.
