New York High School Lacrosse - Liverpool overwhelms Essex
April 27, 2024: Liverpool, NY 13090 The Liverpool Warriors triumphed over the visiting Essex Hornets lacrosse team by a score of 13-4 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Liverpool upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Warriors host Cicero-North Syracuse (Cicero, NY) to meet the Northstars in a Section 3 CNYCL - American challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Northstars enter the challenge with a record of 7-3. Cicero-North Syracuse won 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY)
The Hornets (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against South Burlington (South Burlington, VT). The Wolves enter the Division I challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, South Burlington beat Salmon River (Fort Covington, NY), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.
