Maryland High School Lacrosse - Gwynn Park can't get by Flowers
April 27, 2024: Brandywine, MD 20613 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Flowers Jaguars lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Gwynn Park Yellowjackets.
The Jaguars now have a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eleanor Roosevelt for a Prince George's test on Monday, April 29. Flowers will face a Raiders squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over DuVal (Lanham, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 7-1.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Fairmont Heights Hornets (Capitol Heights, MD) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 29. Gwynn Park will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 7-3 league win over Surrattsville (Clinton, MD).
