Illinois High School Lacrosse - South Elgin drops to Fremd
April 27, 2024: South Elgin, IL 60177 Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), 16-9 in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hoffman Estates for a Mid Suburban battle on Monday, April 29. Fremd will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 3-8.
In their next game, the Storm clash with the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 29. South Elgin will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Redhawks come into the battle with a 4-8 record after their 15-2 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL).
