New York High School Softball - Chenango Valley knocked off by Corning-Painted Post
April 27, 2024: Binghamton, NY 13901 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Corning-Painted Post Hawks (Corning, NY) softball team overwhelmed the host Chenango Valley Warriors (Binghamton, NY), by a margin of 16-3.
With the triumph, Corning-Painted Post moves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Hawks travel to Elmira (Elmira, NY) to play the Express in a Section 4 Southern Tier - West contest on Monday, April 29. The Express come into the contest with a record of 5-6. Elmira lost 19-6 in their recent non-league contest against Susquehanna Valley (Conklin, NY)
