Pennsylvania High School Softball - Punxsutawney tipped by Karns City
April 27, 2024: Karns City, PA 16041 The Karns City Gremlins softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Punxsutawney Chucks to 11 in the Gremlins non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Karns City improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Gremlins travel to Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA) to clash with the Berries in a Keystone Shortway - South game on Wednesday, May 1. The Berries come into the game with a record of 2-2. Cranberry Area won 7-6 in their recent non-league game against DuBois (DuBois, PA)
In their next game, the Chucks clash with the Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 3. Punxsutawney will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
