The Union Rockets baseball squad (Modoc, IN), was overwhelmed 17-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN)

With the triumph, Blue River Valley moves its record to 9-10 on the season. The Vikings travel to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN) to confront the Owls in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 13. The Owls come into the contest with a record of 0-7.

The Rockets now possess a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Randolph Southern for a Mid-Eastern contest on Saturday, May 16. Union will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 8-2 league loss to Daleville (Daleville, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 6-10.
