New Jersey High School Softball - Belleville bounces Newark Tech
April 27, 2026: Newark, NJ 07103 In Monday's league match, the visiting Belleville Buccaneers softball team scored a nice 15-5 win over the Newark Tech Terries.
The Buccaneers (3-10) will now prepare for their match against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers come into the SEC - Colonial match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, West Orange was routed by Montclair (Montclair, NJ), 7-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Terries confront the Verona Hillbillies (Verona, NJ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 29. Newark Tech will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Hillbillies come into the match with a 4-10 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Mount St. Dominic Academy (Caldwell, NJ).
