The South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings softball squad by a final score of 5-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (19-3) will now prepare for their battle against Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Southwestern Randolph held off Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC), 6-3, in a league battle.

The Vikings now possess a 15-4 record. They play next when they host Concord for a South Piedmont 3A battle on Friday, April 29. Central Cabarrus will meet a Spiders squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 2-11.
