Alabama High School Softball - Hatton bounces Central
April 28, 2022: Town Creek, AL 35672 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) and the visiting Central Wildcats (Florence, AL), witnessed Hatton's softball squad prevail over Central by a count of 14-4.
The Hornets now sport a 34-20 record. They play next when they travel to Falkville for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 3. Hatton will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 14-9 non-league win over Winston County (Double Springs, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 16-7.
With the loss, Central moves to 2-22 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 3. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 17-12. Deshler won 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Lexington (Lexington, AL)
