Utah High School Softball - Grand County bounces South Sevier
April 28, 2022: Monroe, UT 84754 Grand County Red Devils (Moab, UT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host South Sevier Rams (Monroe, UT), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now sport a 8-12 record. They take the field next when they host Emery for a 3A Region 12 challenge on Friday, April 29. Grand County will face a Spartans squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 15-6.
With the loss, South Sevier falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Rams host North Summit (Coalville, UT) to face the Braves in a 2A challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Braves enter the challenge with a record of 2-20.
