The Riverton Parke Panthers routed the visiting North Central Thunderbirds softball squad by a final score of 12-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN). The Mounties go into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Southmont topped Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN), 14-4, in a league battle.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to South Putnam for a non-league battle on Friday, April 29. North Central will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-9.
