The Yorktown Tigers routed the host Tipton Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 24-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Tigers (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Anderson (Anderson, IN). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Anderson topped Muncie Central (Muncie, IN), 12-2, in a league battle.
