Colorado High School Soccer - Pueblo County nudged by Palmer Ridge
April 28, 2025: Monument, CO 80132 Palmer Ridge Bears (Monument, CO) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Palmer Ridge advances its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to clash with the Rangers in a 4A Pikes Peak test on Thursday, May 1. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 5-4. Lewis-Palmer 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Ponderosa (Parker, CO)
The Hornets now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pueblo Centennial for a 4A/3A South Central test on Tuesday, April 29. Pueblo County will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-0 league win over Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-1.
