Virginia High School Lacrosse - Mechanicsville can't hold off James River Midlothian
April 28, 2025: Mechanicsville, VA 23111 James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host Mechanicsville Mustangs (Mechanicsville, VA), 7-6 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, James River Midlothian advances its record to 3-3 on the season. The Rapids travel to Glen Allen (Glen Allen, VA) to encounter the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Glen Allen won 19-1 in their recent non-league battle against Cosby (Midlothian, VA)
The Mustangs now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hanover for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1.
