Coming up next, the Vikings meet the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Region 2 challenge, on Saturday, May 1. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record. The Shoremen enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 21-7 non-league loss to Magnificat (Rocky River, OH).
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Solon for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 3. Olmsted Falls will meet a Comets squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Comets record now stands at 6-6.
