April 29, 2022: Newtonville, MA 02460 Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA), 11-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Braintree upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Wamps host Wellesley (Wellesley, MA) to battle the Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, May 6. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-2.
