New York High School Lacrosse - John Jay overwhelms Kingston
April 29, 2022: Cross River, NY 10536 The John Jay Wolves (Cross River, NY) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY), 12-7 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, John Jay upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Wolves host Mahopac (Mahopac, NY) to battle the Indians in a Section I -B test on Saturday, April 30. The Indians come into the test with a record of 9-1. Mahopac won 12-2 in their recent league test against Brewster (Brewster, NY)
In their next game, the Tigers face the Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 2. Kingston will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Silver Warriors come into the test with a 5-5 record after their 20-13 league loss to Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY).
