Virginia High School Soccer - Louisa County overwhelmed by Courtland
April 29, 2022: Mineral, VA 23117 The Courtland Cougars smashed the host Louisa County Lions soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Friday's non-league match.
The Cougars now sport a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Chancellor for a Battlefield match on Tuesday, May 3. Courtland will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Bealeton, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Louisa County drops to 0-10 on the season. The Lions host Monticello (Charlottesville, VA) to encounter the Mustangs in a Jefferson match on Monday, May 2. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 2-7. Monticello lost 1-0 in their recent non-league match against Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA)
