The Blue Ridge Knights softball team (Farmer City, IL), was routed 11-4 in Friday's league test with the visiting Arcola Purple Riders (Arcola, IL)

Coming up next, the Purple Riders encounter the Cerro Gordo/Bement Broncos (Cerro Gordo, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie test, on Monday, May 2. Arcola will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record. The Broncos enter the test with a 1-15 record after their 15-0 league loss to Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL).

The Knights (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Buffaloes enter the non-league test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Georgetown-Ridge Farm tipped Watseka (Watseka, IL), 7-0, in a league test.
