Portage Central Mustangs (Portage, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN), 12-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Portage Central upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Lakeview (Battle Creek, MI) to battle the Spartans in a Southwestern Michigan - East test on Thursday, May 4. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-1. Lakeview won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Edwardsburg (Edwardsburg, MI)

With the defeat, Twin Lakes falls to 8-6 on the season. The Indians host Benton Central (Oxford, IN) to battle the Bison in a Hoosier test on Tuesday, May 2.
