Illinois High School Soccer - Grayslake North knocks off Niles North
April 29, 2023: Grayslake, IL 60030 Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) in a Northern Lake County challenge, on Tuesday, May 2. Grayslake North will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL).
The Vikings now possess a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maine East for a Central Suburban - North challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Niles North will confront a Blue Demons team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Resurrection (Chicago, IL). The Blue Demons record now stands at 4-13.
