Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Trumbull drops to New Fairfield
April 29, 2023: New Fairfield, CT 06812 In Saturday's non-league test, the host New Fairfield Rebels lacrosse squad scored a good 13-5 victory over the Trumbull Eagles.
The Rebels now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brookfield for a South West test on Tuesday, May 2. New Fairfield will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 10-5 non-league loss to Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-8.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 2. Trumbull will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 6-5 record after their 19-2 league loss to Cheshire (Cheshire, CT).
