Alabama High School Softball - Sand Rock nudges Weaver
April 29, 2023: Leesburg, AL 35983 Sand Rock Wildcats (Leesburg, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Weaver Bearcats (Weaver, AL), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 13-5 record.
With the loss, Weaver falls to 15-10 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Gaston (Gadsden, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 29. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Gaston lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Glencoe (Glencoe, AL)
