April 29, 2024: Annapolis, MD 21401 The St. Mary's Saints (Annapolis, MD) baseball nipped the visiting Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD), 6-5 in Monday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Saints play the McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD) in a MIAA B Red contest, on Tuesday, April 30. St. Mary's will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 8-6 record after their 6-5 league win over Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD).
The Raiders now sport a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westlake for a Southern Maryland contest on Wednesday, May 1. Leonardtown will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-15.
