Maine High School Baseball - St. Dominic defeats Mountain Valley
April 29, 2024: Lewiston, ME 04210 Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the St. Dominic Saints (Lewiston, ME) and the visiting Mountain Valley Falcons (Rumford, ME), saw St. Dominic's baseball squad beat Mountain Valley by a margin of 9-2.
Coming up next, the Saints play the Telstar Rebels (Bethel, ME) in a Class D South battle, on Wednesday, May 1. St. Dominic will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Winthrop (Winthrop, ME).
The Falcons now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Poland for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Mountain Valley will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.
