In Tuesday's league contest, the host Shady Side Academy Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the North Allegheny Tigers.

The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh, PA). The Foxes go into the WPIAL 3A 2 contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Fox Chapel held off Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA), 12-10, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Seneca Valley Raiders (Harmony, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 2 contest, on Tuesday, May 6. North Allegheny will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 14-13 non-league win over Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA).
