New Jersey High School Softball - American History bounces Hillside
April 29, 2025: Hillside, NJ 07205 The American History Eagles softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Hillside Comets to 7 in the Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Vincent Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. American History will confront a team coming off a 22-7 league win over Irvington (Irvington, NJ). The record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Hillside moves to 0-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Linden (Linden, NJ) to confront the Tigers in a UCC - Sky battle on Thursday, May 1. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 1-3. Linden lost 16-0 in their recent non-league game against Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ)
