New York High School Softball - Bard bounces Science Park
April 29, 2025: New York, NY 10002 The Bard Raptors (New York, NY) softball routed the visiting Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ), 17-7 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Raptors now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montclair Kimberley Academy for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 30. Bard will encounter a Cougars team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 4-7.
With the loss, Science Park moves to 5-4 on the season. The Chargers travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to encounter the Jaguars in a SEC - Independence outing on Thursday, May 1. The Jaguars come into the outing with a record of 1-5. East Orange Campus lost 18-3 in their recent non-league outing against Newark Tech (Newark, NJ)
