Minnesota High School Softball - Lake City drops to Kasson-Mantorville
April 29, 2025: Lake City, MN 55041 Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Lake City Tigers (Lake City, MN), 13-1 in a league game.
With the triumph, Kasson-Mantorville improves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Komets host Century (Rochester, MN) to face the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 8-4. Century won 7-3 in their recent league game against John Marshall (Rochester, MN)
The Tigers now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Stewartville for a Hiawatha Valley game on Thursday, May 1. Lake City will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dover-Eyota (Eyota, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 8-3.
