April 3, 2023: Savannah, GA 31410 The Long County Blue Tide baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Islands Sharks to 1 in the Blue Tide non-league victory on Monday.
The Blue Tide (14-7) will now prepare for their match against Groves (Garden City, GA). The Rebels go into the 3A Area 3 match with a 3-9 record. In their last match, Groves edged Beach (Savannah, GA), 22-17, in a league match.
The Sharks (8-15) will now prepare for their match against Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 15-5 record. In their last match, Savannah Christian edged Beaufort (Beaufort, SC), 7-5, in a non-league match.
