April 3, 2023: Chicago, IL 60616 The Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros topped the host De La Salle Meteors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Cristeros now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christ the King for a Chicago Prep test on Tuesday, April 4. Cristo Rey Jesuit will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL). The Gladiators record now stands at 0-3.
The Meteors (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL). The Cardinals enter the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Blue Island Eisenhower was knocked off by Andrew (Tinley Park, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
