Kentucky High School Baseball - Butler defeats Johnson Central
April 3, 2025: Paintsville, KY 41240 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Butler Aviators (Vandalia, OH) and the host Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY), saw Butler's baseball team gain a win over Johnson Central by a tally of 6-1.
The Aviators (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Greenville (Greenville, OH). The Green Wave enter the Miami Valley League - Miami battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Greenville was overwhelmed by Fairborn (Fairborn, OH), 13-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Golden Eagles face the DuPont Manual Crimsons (Louisville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 4. Johnson Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Crimsons enter the battle with a 3-7 record after their 18-11 non-league loss to Batavia (Batavia, IL).
