April 3, 2025: Greer, SC 29651 In Thursday's non-league bout, the Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) baseball squad the host Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC), by a tally of 9-5.
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC) in a 5A Region 2 bout, on Monday, April 7. Eastside will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 5-8 record after their 6-0 league loss to James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC).
The Yellow Jackets (8-5) will now prepare for their bout against Pickens (Pickens, SC). The Blue Flame enter the 4A Region 2 bout with a 4-10 record. In their last bout, Pickens was overwhelmed by Greer (Greer, SC), 10-0, in a league bout.
