Virginia High School Soccer - Arcadia toppled by Poquoson
April 3, 2025: Poquoson, VA 23662 Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Arcadia Firebirds (Oak Hall, VA), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Poquoson moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Islanders host Grafton (Yorktown, VA) to clash with the Clippers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Clippers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Grafton won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA)
The Firebirds now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northampton for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30.
