Illinois High School Soccer - Bloomington toppled by Normal West
April 3, 2025: Normal, IL 61761 Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bloomington Purple Raiders (Bloomington, IL), 9-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Normal West moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Normal Community (Normal, IL) to clash with the Ironmen in a Big Twelve test on Saturday, April 5. The Ironmen come into the test with a record of 3-3. Normal Community lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Normal University (Normal, IL)
The Purple Raiders now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomington Central Catholic for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. Bloomington will clash with a Saints team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Morton (Morton, IL). The Saints record now stands at 1-3.
